Cashier-Order Takers & Delivery Drivers & Manager

Nancy's Pizza is so busy that we are hiring for the follwoing positions:

• Cashier/Phone Order Taker-Must be at least 16, part-time, must have open schedule & open availability. Outgoing, loud-clear speaking voice, positive and be very friendly. Responsible for taking orders-processing payments, answering customer questions, greeting customers on phone and upon walk-in. You need to always have a smile on your face!

• Delivery Driver- Part-time-Must be at least 18, have own car with insurance and excellent driving record. Must have knowledge of Wauconda/Island Lake-general areas.  Courteous, friendly and with excellent customer service skills. Good polished, professional image needed.

• General Store Manager- Full-Time-Must be at least 21 with minimum 1 year restuarant management experience. Must have own transportation as you will need to go to bank to make deposits or delivery special catering orders. Responsible for all financial results, overall store execution, learn all restaurant stations and be hands-on working alongside your team. Make sure all employees follow strict store policy and rules; store food inventory ordering and handle any customer complaints with a high level of excellence quickly. You are the store leader and must convey excellent store operations, common sense with attention to store policy and top customer service skills.  Paid vacation, bonus and excellent compensation package.
