Job Description



The Groove Customer Service Representative will be primarily answering client calls and problem-solving / troubleshooting the DIRECTV system over the phone. Ideally, the right candidate will be able to quickly find the best solution, while instilling confidence in the potentially agitated customer. 



Responsibilities



? Calmly and quickly de-escalated client concerns  



? Open new customer account in computer software and maintain accurate call notes  



? Where possible identify cause and source of technical problem  



? Find and contract technicians in applicable service areas  



? Collaborate with management to find solution and dispatch technicians  



? Clarify customer issues and clearly communicate potential resolution to customer  



? Exemplify outstanding customer service and follow-up with each client  



? Contribute to team effort by assisting in other areas as needed 



Qualifications

? Must have 2-3 yrs of Customer Service experience  



? Calmly display professional phone etiquette  



? Thrive in a fast-paced, highly intense environment
