Mature HHA/PCA/CNA Specific Hours - Full-time / Part-time

Mature HHA/PCA/CNA with experience in Memory Loss/Behaviors to join our CAREGiver team!

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for a mature HHA/PCA/CNA to work with clients in their home who needs assistance with high level cares.  Must have experience in Memory Loss/behaviors and the ability to take the lead to ensure client is able to maintain and function at current home conditions. 

Current CAREGiver opportunities

• Flexible Daytime Shifts
• Flexible Weekend Shifts
• Awake Overnight Shifts

    
       CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:
 

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence needs
• Assistance with ambulation
• Memory Loss/behaviors
  
  Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
• HHA/PCA/CNA
• Ability to take the lead
• Memory Loss/behavior Experience
• Ability to treat and care for client and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with client in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid MN driver’s license, own vehicle with valid auto insurance
• Lift/push/pull/carry up to 80 lbs. infrequently
