Home Instead Senior Care, SF, Inc. is hiring for a Scheduler

The Scheduler is expected to work closely with the Senior Staffing Manager in order to provide the highest quality service to clients and is also expected to perform a variety of duties.

• Reflect the Core Values of Home Instead Senior Care.

• Prior to start of a shift, review schedule with Senior Staffing Manager and become aware of any potential trouble spots that might arise during the week and/or weekend.

• Obtain resources needed for Staffing Service Supervisor responsibilities such as laptop, tablet and/or phone along with any paper resources deemed necessary.

• Answering each incoming call in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner and respond quickly to their needs.

• Perform CAREGiver to Client introductions.

• Perform Care Consultations as required.

• Fill all Client shifts following designated office scheduling processes.

• Communicate changes in Client shifts to the Client(s) and/or CAREGiver(s), Senior Staffing Manager and Care Managers.

• Contact designated office backup staff member when questions arise about Clients or CAREGivers that require input.

Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and good sound judgment
Must be proficient in Word/Excel and Outlook (will train on company based software program)
Must be very flexible with time
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance

MUST LIVE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS NEAR THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO
