Personal Care Assistants are needed 2 hours each in mornings (6:00-8:00 a.m.) and afternoons (4:00-6:00 p.m.) in Lafayette 7 days a week to help participants get ready in the morning and transported weekdays to the PACE center located at the old Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette and returned to their homes in the evening. A car is needed, no SUV or truck. Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name required. One year's personal care experience working with the elderly and clean background report necessary. No transportation needed on the weekends. The same person does not have to do both shifts. Alzheimer's/dementia experience helpful.
