CNA/HHA for Staffing for Facilities - Full-time / Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead Senior Care provides facility coverage to meet the challenges of the aging population with dignity, care and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for multiple clients at a time

*No previous experience necessary - training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• As a condition of employment all employees must be "Bondable"
• Must complete a State required Level 2 criminal background check; this is an expense to you the applicant of $84.00
• Successfully pass a DMV check and drug screening
• Must have own personal transportation a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• Must be 21 years of age or older 
• Must be eligible to work in the USA
• Must be able to lift/pull 25 lbs

Requirements to be a Home Health Aide:
     

• HIV/Aids - OSHA Certificate - a minimum of 2 unit hours
• Alzheimer's Disease & Related Disorders Certificate - a minimum of 2 unit hours    
• CPR Certificate
• Home Health Aide Certificate or a CNA Certificate 
• Heath Statement / TB test
