this position is responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with most accounting processes. Responsibilities:

- Processing and invoicing various shipments.
- Preparing the associated payable for the AP process.
- Enter order requests, coordinate with dispatch, and the appropriate vendor.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that arise.
- Fill in for other positions as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Accounting Process Manager.
- Education/Experience:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Three or more years data entry experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Great attitude, excellent punctuality and attendance.
- Must be self-motivated, capable of working independently and with others.
- Strong organization and research skills.
- Good Customer Service and Human Relations skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong oral/written and interpersonal skills.
- Able to implement and drive efficient processes.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to perform repetitive motion and fine manipulation tasks for long intervals of time.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
