POSITION PURPOSE -
Ensure the successful performance of assigned installation programs. Develops and supports new service program offerings. As the individual grows in position, takes increasing responsibility for new service program develop and looks to the NIM for general guidance only.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -
  • Develop parts of LOB programs and support development of strategies/programs for growth and execution of service offering
  • Support installation process improvement efforts
  • Lead segments of program launch including vendor selection and qualification, pricing and communication and development of in-store training and support for the program
  • Assist in development and tracking of key program metrics
  • Support in selection, training and development of assigned staff
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to in-store resources and AHS Specialists
NATURE AND SCOPE -
Typically reports to National Install Merchant (NIM) Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must pass the Drug Test.
  • Must pass Background Check.
  • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
EDUCATION REQUIRED -
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE - 04

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS - Most all of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - MBA

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES -
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills with focus on financial analysis and design of performance metrics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill with focus on flexibility of style to reach multiple audiences; collaborative and influential management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple details and tasks; experience leading project teams to solve unstructured problems
  • Demonstrated program management skills
  • Capable of negotiating vendor/supplier relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional , matrixed teams; ability to adhere to all policies and procedures
