Position Purpose: The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the services process in the branch in addition to SAP/Care Customer tickets. The Coordinator will work with the Customer Service Center, field managers and installers to schedule services, meet customer expectations and resolve customer service issues.

 Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
40%-Schedule open services with customers and installers. 10%-Place product re-orders when needed and track to ETA to schedule services. 10%-Open new service orders for customers that call in. 20%-Manager services to resolution on a daily basis by using reports and communicating with customers, installers and the Customer Service Center. 10%-Close completed services by making completion calls to customers to confirm satisfaction. 10%-Responsible for resolution of SAP/Care Customer tickets by contacting customers and working with field installation teams and Customer service Center to resolve issues.

Nature and Scope: This position reports to Branch Installation Manager This position has no Direct Reports.

Environmental Job Requirements:  Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Standard Minimum Qualifications:
 Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass Background Check.
Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Education Required:  The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Physical Requirements:  Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Preferred Qualifications: Some knowledge and experience in the home improvement industry Prior clerical and/or administrative background Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products Flexible to work a schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies: Ability to work as part of a team and be self-motivated with little supervision Proven ability to manage multiple task simultaneously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Highly organized approach and ability to work in a fast paced environment
