Overview:

Responsible for envisioning a cohesive future state Omnichannel processes that utilize RFID technology that support all business channels while identifying organizational and change management impacts. Devise and execute communication strategies and serve as a primary interface with Senior Executives. Anticipate, understand and account for cross functional/system impacts (thinking across channels and functional areas). Present new ideas and recommendations for management evaluation and represent MLO with both internal and external audiences to promote RFID execution and implementation.


Essential Functions:
  • Lead RFID PMO and drive RFID Technology through aggressive collaboration with business partners
  • Relationship manager with MST and other areas within Macy's to support and enable the store organization's RFID ongoing deployment and provide support.
  • Execute 2016-2018 RFID CER activities by building strong working relationships across Macy's, Inc..
  • Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by leading and/or focusing the involvement on effective project management disciplines and work closely with the Process Management resources.
  • Develop effective tools (communication, training, technology, and resources) to address and resolve issues and concerns from each work group and Senior Leadership Core partners.
  • Support the financial management of RFID program.
  • Mentor and Manage a project support team.
  • Prepare materials for executive presentations.
  • Any other responsibilities that management deems essential.


Qualifications:


Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree. Master's degree and/or additional professional training in business disciplines desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of and ability to use PC programs such as Word, Excel, Access, Lotus Notes, and PowerPoint to create communications, presentations, and analyses.
  • Knowledge of Macy's systems preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-directed and outgoing, capable of participating in high exposure projects

  • Prior experience building and achieving business plans and budgets.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, metric-driven environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Willingness to make and defend informed decisions in a fast-paced, matrix organization.


Physical Demands
  • This position involves extended periods of sitting and the extensive use of computer and the office equipment. May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.


Work Hours
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to travel
