The Sales Integrity Manager will supervise and coordinate a team of Sales Integrity Specialists responsible for statistical analysis of sales data, identification and communication of sales trends, and the evaluation and/or validation of Direct Sales Call Expectation violations. 

 

 Skills, Experience, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four year college or university; six plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to write reports, present information and respond to questions from managers/customers/general public
  • Advanced computer and data entry skills including use of the web, Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to apply mathematical operations to frequency distribution, determination of test reliability/validity, variance, correlation, sampling, and factor analysis
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborates with the Direct Sales management team to  enhance processes, systems, procedures, and methods to improve overall sales quality within Direct Sales
  • Oversees the process of needs analysis in order to promote and refine effective operations within and between departments
  • Prioritizes the work of others and assigns projects to Sales Integrity Specialists based on established goals
  • Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating and controlling;  is responsible for supervision of the group involving staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, termination, and disciplinary action
