We try to promote most of our managers from within and are looking that next generation of rock stars! 3 Pepper is looking to mold the perfect burrito makers. Come learn to make great food and get ready to grow. Whether you have experience as a cashier, server, cook, prep cook, dishwasher or no experience at all, this could be the opportunity to develope into a Shift Leader or Restaurant Manager Position. No matter what your background is at 3 Pepper Burrito Co. you will be trained to do it right. We cross train our crew to work the tortilla press, assembly line, prep, cook....the works.
