Job Description:
To prepare tables, serve and clean for banquet functions
Essential Tasks:
- Pushing cart weighing approximately 60 lbs.
- Setting tables and wiping silverware prior to function
- Serving food, carrying trays and chafing dishes
- May involve helping plate the food
- Fold napkins, make coffee, clean dishes from table onto trays
- Pour water, move table and chairs
- Clean hallway and function rooms (wash walls)
- Comply with guests’ needs
- Read BEO and know how to complete a set-up.
- Equipment Used: Serving carts, chafing dishes, sternos, glassware, dishes, silverware, tables and chairs, linen, decorations
Knowledge/Training:
- Basic English necessary
- Waitperson experience required
