Chicago Marketing has expanded across the Chicago Land area, we now cover the north, west, and southern suburbs of Chicago and have added several new clients to our firm. We are a well known established brand marketing & sales firm local to the Downers Grove area. Currently Chicago Marketing is looking to continue expansion and hire a new sales and marketing associate to help with our new client and territory expansion. 

The sales and marketing associate is a role starting at entry level and has the opportunity for advancement to corporate trainer as well as move into an executive role within the first year within the organization. The position is a full time role, we are looking for someone who can commit to fourty hours a week, with a full time schedule the full time associate is entitled to a salary ( based on crediantals and prior experience ) as well as uncapped commissions, benefits after 90 days, travel opportunities to Dallas, L.A, Miami, Seattle, and even out of the country a few times a year. 

This role is important for your career growth but also for the continued growth of our firm as well. This individual will be responsible for maintaining office calendars, scheduling, participating in staff meetings, managing all marketing & promotional materials within the local office, as well as teaching and training.

While working with the client you will be helping manage sales quotas meeting and exceeding those both personally and as a team. You will be working directly with 5 other individuals to help with brand & territory expansion. You will also be responsible for the marketing and branding materials as well as the promotion and display of their products. Product knowledge is required while working with each of our clients as well as being a personable brand ambassador for the client.

 

Requirements

- 2 year degree 

- 1 - 3 years of retail, customer service, management, or marketing experience

- Must be detail oriented and be able to manage multiple projects and clients

- Maintain a professional demeanor, can manage client and customer relationships 

- Can commit to a F/T schedule including 1 weekend day 

- Is confortable picking up more responsibility quickly and being in a leadership role

- Can work alone or in a team setting

- You feel you are creative and can contribute ideas to the over all growth of the clients and local firm
