Position Purpose: The Production Supervisor, Photography is responsible for execution of digital photography for products on the homedepot.com website, including procurement of products to be shot, oversight of studio operations and quality of output. This position will work closely with supply chain, merchandising, 3rd party vendors, digital asset execution management and the photography studio personnel. The Production Supervisor, Photography will ensure that studio throughput and photo quality meets or exceeds set expectations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 40%-Product Procurement: Determines the best method for product procurement and return/disposal; communication with multiple parties to ensure on time and accurate product receipt and return/disposal; manages to product procurement timeline
- 40%-Oversees photography production and ensures output meets quality standards; actively assists in production
- 20%-Assists with monitoring and reporting of productivity metrics
Nature and Scope:
- Position reports to Manager, Digital Assets Execution
- No direct reports
Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must pass the Drug Test.
- Must pass Background Check.
- Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.
Education Required:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Work Experience Required: 2
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
