About this job

Put your auto parts counter sales experience to work at this busy Little Rock company! Qualified candidates MUST have previous auto parts counter sales or like industry experience such as electrical or plumbing. Performs varying tasts to assist customers and internal departments to acquire parts, product, units or any other materials needed and maintain parts and product inventory levels.
* Answers incoming phone calls from dealers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Load/Unload parts for walk-in traffic from parts sales.
* Collaborates with company Shop Technicians as required to pull parts for customer repair orders.
* Processes outgoing/incoming cores.
* Work with freight invoices for proper charge and credit.
* Will handle credit card transactions.
* Handles customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain proper personal and business decorum in order to promote the business within the communty.
* Familiar with computers and MicroSoft office products.
Resume required. Phone and in-person interview will be conducted as well as some software testing.
