Assistant Restaurant Manager - The North Grille - Summer Seasonal - Full-time / Part-time

The Lead Bartender is responsible to mix and server various ordered drinks to guests and members, and is additionally expected to maintain the bar and supplies in a clean and orderly condition. This individual may be asked to assist in taking product inventories. The Lead Bartender is also expected to assist the F&B Manager in all aspects of the restaurant and is additionally expected to be in restaurant when F&B Manager is not.   

The “must haves” for this position include:

• Previous F&B supervisory experience
• Point of Sale experience
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent communication skills

We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:

• Previous fine dining waiting experience
• Able to work long hours and varied shifts
• Knowledgeable in wine service
• Experience training employees

Our season is mid May through October.
