Bilingual Patient Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is actively seeking bilingual patient service representatives for a healthcare clinic in the Kansas City area. This is in a call center environment. These positions are 6 month contract-to-hires paying $13/hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Schedules appointments based on callers request for department, services, or physician
• Adheres to the scheduling protocols or guidelines established for departments, services or physicians
• Provides customers with information related to health center services, accepted insurances, registration process, fees and sliding fee discount policy
• Answering calls from patients professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Researching required information using accessible resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services of customer service problems
• Providing customers with the organizations service and product information
• Processing ECW telephone encounters, with request by the patient
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high level management
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
• Following up complicated patient calls where required
• Completing call logs and call reports as necessary and updating them in the database
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Managing communication and coordinating with internal departments
