About this job

Major Function: Overall responsibility for supervising all associates and  supervisors for the front desk, bell stand staff, concierge lounge, guest experience, and At Your Service teams to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Budgeting, payroll, scheduling, staffing, training

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Front Office Management experience.
  • Previous Marriott experience a plus
  • Knowledge of PMS/MARSHA
  • Must be able to manage a team and balance both employee and guests relations.
