Location: Norcross / Duluth

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay Rate: $12 to $14/hr Depending on Experience

You have a background in customer service and operations in a business-to-business setting, and you're looking to join a growing business-to-business service provider in the Atlanta area. Our client has an immediate need for a strong performer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

- Take incoming calls and assist clients with questions
- Manage client relationships
- Timely and professional client communications via phone and e-mail
- Outbound / Inbound calls with universities and employers
- Document all client interactions
- Maintain productivity metrics in processing reports on a timely basis

Requirements / Experience:

- Bilingual in English / Spanish
- Bachelor's degree highly desired but not required
- Strong customer service acumen
- Problem solving skills
- Typing at least 45 wpm
- Phone presence, voice quality
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
