We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service.

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a detail-oriented Call Center Representative in Martinsville, VA. This is for a temp to hire opportunity that will give you valuable experience to enhance your career. Responsibilities for this Call Center Representative job include:

- Handle a high volume of outbound calls survey calls

- Handle various types of calls (sometimes with sensitive subject matter) in a professional manner

- Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer

- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level of customer service

Qualifications:

-2 or more years of face to face, or over the phone customer service experience (Call Center experience is a huge plus, but not required for consideration)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Make good decisions and resolve issues in a clear, calm, and diplomatic matter

- Computer literate

- Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word

- Able to work in a team environment

Schedule is Monday – Friday; 5:00PM – 10:00PM, and BOTH Saturday and Sunday 1:00PM to 10:00PM. You do get 2 days off during the week (back to back) for a total of 5 days worked per week.  The pay rate is $9.50 per hour.  Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits package in the industry to contract workers.
