Job title: Finishers (breaking, tying and packaging of direct mail)



Work Schedule: 7 AM-3 PM Mon-Fri, 3 PM--11 PM Mon-Fri and 11 PM-7 AM Sun-Thurs. Will be required to attend orientation on first day for the first hour of their shift. All overtime is voluntary. Once placed on a shift will be required to remain on the shift for at least six months.

Accountability/Decision Making: Accountable for performing work to specifications as trained, Accountable for meeting production output standards

Dress Code: Steel toed shoe required, hearing and eye protection (provided by customer), T-shirts/long-sleeve shirt, Jeans/pants, Long hair must be pulled back in ponytail



Aspects of the Position: Hands on training, Fast paced work environment -Constant physical activity required, Having to do "floor work" (housekeeping) during slow times
