Our client, a Fortune 500 Financial Services firm, is looking for a talented individual to join their Inside Sales team. This person will manage all incoming phone calls for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Handling 40-70 incoming sales and service calls from customers
- Handling any follow-up tasks required
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of a variety of financial products and services
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting or related area of study)
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and over the phone)
