Now Hiring Attendants & Drivers

The Bus Attendant performs a variety of tasks to support the driver in providing safe and proper transportation of our adult clients with disabilities. We provide full training and a great team-oriented work environment. Successful candidates will be able to:

- Supervise and assist clients in transit. - Assist the driver in the proper loading and unloading of passengers. - Know the proper use of securing devices for safety restraints, wheelchairs and seat belts. - Demonstrate understanding and have empathy for persons with disabilities. - Enjoy working with people of all ages and be sensitive to their needs. - Display professional behavior when working with clients, co-workers and others in the community. - Follow all health and safety rules, policies and procedures. - Report any concerns regarding clients to the driver and to the appropriate management staff.

In Marin, there are 2 shifts available per day Monday-Friday. Please indicate on your application which shift(s) and which days you are applying for. Morning: 7-9:30am Afternoon: 2:30-5pm
