Janitorial / Hygiene Route Technician - Full-time

Starting Pay is $11 to $15 per hour + $400 per month auto allowance + $50 per month cell phone allowance!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on deep cleaning and sanitization of customers’ restrooms
• Sell and deliver hand towels, toilet tissue and other supplies to customers as needed
• Interact with customers, develop rapport and maintain customer relationships
• Follow training and instruction to ensure the highest possible level of service
• Other tasks as needed to provide GREAT customer service
   

Qualifications:

• Good work history and attendance record
• Energetic, amiable, outgoing personality
• Ability to lift 35-45 lbs
• Janitorial experience a plus
• Must have a smart phone (for completion of customer invoices)
• Must have reliable vehicle with large cargo area, auto insurance, and a good driving record (use of own vehicle is required)
• Must be fluent in English, bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus
   

What’s Great About This Job:

• Monday through Friday work week – no nights or weekends
• Typical work day starts between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and ends between Noon and 3:00 PM, with some occasional exceptions
• 30-35 hour work week with minimum pay guarantee of $400 per week
