Construction Labor - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals in Greenwood is looking to help a local Johnson County business hire on 2-3 labor candidates with potential to become experts in the HVAC and Plumbing fields.  Day shift openings that pay $14-16/hr plus medical, 401K, Dental, holiday pay and 1 week paid vacation after 1 yr.  Plus, this company wants to see their employees excel and will offer paid schooling for candidates interested in plumbing trade!  This 4yr program can increase pay to $20-$24/hr. 

Candidates must be able to handle physical labor & heavy lifting. Must be okay with getting dirty, have some experience using a hammer, tape measure, etc. Ideal for someone that is mechanically inclined.  Drivers license is a must with good driving record and clean background.  Will be required to travel to local job sites that are located in Marian county and surrounding suburbs. 

Job duties include: Material handling/Team lifting fiberglass tubs (80lbs), toilets (40lbs), water heaters, piping, fittings, and other materials needed for plumbing/HVAC projects. Will be able to use carts and hoist for lift assisting up stairs and on balconies. Will be using various hand and power tools to nail, cut and drill holes. Will assist with keeping the job site clean and throwing away trash/plastic/collapsing boxes. Could be shoveling holes for underground plumbing. Climb ladders ( nothing over 6 ft.)
