This role will own the measurement model activities in support of a major Optum360 end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management client.  The individual will be involved in complex financial modeling, forecasting, data analytics and interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Create and maintain complex financial modeling and analysis using Access and Excel
Work with internal and external customers to obtain and validate data and information
Support processes development for the measurement model and related reporting and forecasting
Obtain an understanding of Revenue Cycle Management initiatives and other business drivers to assist with forecast and budget creation
Analyze and report on forecast variances as they arise
Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand and explain complex concepts in ways that lead to understanding by a variety of audiences

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
3+ years of work experience performing financial analysis and variance analysis, preparing/generating financial reports, identify and explain trends/variances, financial modeling, and performing cost-benefit analysis (CBAs)
Advanced level proficiency with Excel
Presenting findings and recommendation to management
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience participating in annual/monthly budget and forecasting process
Access and / or SQL experience
Proficiency utilizing PowerPoint
