The Project Manager supports the Vice President of Clinic Operations by providing professional assistance, project management, and recommendations on business needs.   The position is responsible for providing analysis skills, monitoring organizational performance to plan, identifying factors to determine and recommend areas of business development and enhancement, and developing clear action plans to drive processes.     
     
Primary Responsibilities:   

Examines and performs statistical and data management analyses, develops and presents a variety of performance results in addition to other pertinent communication. Transfers data into meaningful, professional, and easy to understand formats for leadership. Reviews data, develops recommendations and reviews findings with senior management
Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports to support key departmental and corporate initiatives
Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve business processes, report content and completeness of information
Manages SharePoint sites created to support key corporate initiatives as well as audit, compile, and analyze data to create reports for Steering Committees
Serves as the liaison between clinics and IT for all clinic reporting needs.  Troubleshoots all errors and data inconsistencies and coordinates resolutions to issues as directed by self, clinic staff, and management
Coordinates and communicates Clinic Locum Program coverage for clinics with Provider absences.  Re-allocates Provider resources based on need as determined by factors such as size of clinic, number of patients on schedule, etc. 
Creates First Call Schedule for entire year, allocates Provider resources, and creates invoices for each weekend
Performs market analyses by researching population demographic and distribution within several geographic locations.  Creates data-based, visual documentation (maps) to support research
Coordinates meetings; prepares draft agendas for review with VP; issues agendas with appropriate backup materials; sets up mega meeting; takes minutes, and provides follow-up correspondence
Performs all other related duties as assigned

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 


Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or a related field (4 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree)
3+ years of decision support, data analysis, or healthcare operations experience
Possession of strong analytical/statistical skills used in evaluating and analyzing data
Advanced PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Ability to interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership
Experience with process mapping methodology and creating process mapsPreferred Qualifications:

Masters in Health Administration, Finance, Public Health or Business Administration
2+ years of Healthcare or clinic operations experience
Visio, SalesForce, SharePoint and Business Maps
