Aerotek is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an overseas frieght and logistics company located in North Chesterfield, Virginia. This individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers to assist in booking, container traces, departure times and cargo diversions as well as any other customer problem or issue that may arise. They will work cooperatively with our sales staff and field offices to resolve customer issues.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00am - 8:00pm
Location: North Chesterfield, VA
