3rd shift Forklift - Full-time / Part-time

An electrical distribution warehouse in Santa Teresa, NM is seeking an experienced forklift driver for their 3rd shift. 9.81/hr with mandatory OT

The ideal candidate will have driven a sitdown, standup, or cherry picker forklift in previous jobs. They will not be afraid of heights because this facility has very tall shelves where you will have to pick orders from.

The selected candidate will need to be detailed oriented to include counting, able to stay for overtime, eventually get on the forklift, and be a team player. The dock people, depending on the skill level, may be asked to verify amount of boxes on the pallets, be able to strap & wrap pallets, will be asked to move boxes for FDEX Ground and UPS Ground boxes from large pack area & overflow to the divert area which at times will require a lot of walking. When they are trained to get on a forklift they will be asked to load pallets on wrapping machine, move wrapped pallets to staging area by SCAC code and when ready will be asked to find material to ship out and load trailers.
