About this job
Our client, the headquarters for suppliers of automotive products is actively looking for customer service representatives.
These individuals will be handing 60-70 inbound calls a day from customers asking them to look up an order, track shipments, process an order, or looking up part numbers.
Qualified Candidates Must Have:
5-7 years call center customer service experience
Great Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task
Great computer skills
Education:
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
