Aerotek is looking for a Member Services Rep who will be responsible for answering incoming calls from health plan members educating them on benefits available and value added services.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a call center for healthcare (i.e. Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care/insurance environment).
