The Business Analyst is responsible for local and national scheduling for approx. 270 Trainers that support delivery needs for the Employer & Individual, Community & State and Medicare and Retirement Organizations. They collaborate with Training Managers, Capacity Planners and other internal business partners daily. Delivering the most qualified resource to execute optimal results is our main goal. Right person, Right place, Right time.    
  
  
Primary Responsibilities: 

Review Business Partner Capacity Plans
Support short and long term operational / strategic business activity by developing and maintaining resource models that drive efficiency
Develop and implement strategic business solutions for resource balancing needs
Lead weekly resource calls with key business partners
Conduct and manage outcomes of various resource studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending and presenting information for operational and business planning
Update and maintain various tracking tools that support resource scheduling
Mentor new team members
Be a process SME to current employees
Be a process Team Champion (in and out of scope tasks)
Works with Manager to plan, prioritize and organize work to meet established objectives
Proactively apply knowledge/skills to complex opportunities that arise
Main point of contact when Manager is out of office
Lead Team when Manager is out of office 
Attend special project calls as needed
Lead by example

Requirements


Required Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Office Suite: (Basic: Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
1+ year of previous experience leading weekly resource calls with key business partners
Previous experience meeting organizational deadlines
Previous experience working in a fast paced, fast changing dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree
Experience working with virtual manager & team
Previous IEX scheduling experience
Previous WebEx experience
Microsoft SharePoint experience
1+ year of experience working with an actual workforce management/forecasting team or in a position requiring the scheduling of resource
Visio Knowledge
OneNote Knowledge
Lean Training
Previous experience handling multiple priorities  
Previous experience using strong creative thinking (problem solving) skills
