ERC Management currently owns and operates 10 Freddy's in Colorado, 2 in Florida and with 1 currently open in Alabama and is excited to be a part of a concept that provides fresh food and overwhelming guest service. 

Job Description

Summary of Position

The General Manager (GM) is the highest level of management within a single store. The GM is responsible for leading, mentoring and advising the management team and staff to the successful execution of the restaurant. The GM teaches management on the fundamentals and approach to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, and hospitality while representing the values of Freddy’s. The GM will also need to have a strong understanding of the stores progress and have a strategic vision for its future development.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsibility for overall profitability of restaurant

• Utilize leadership and communication skills to set standards, expectations and the importance of guest service

• Review and approve all schedules and forecasts

• Coordinate opening/ closing activities in a timely and safe manner

• Complete all operational checklists daily

• Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed

• Executing local marketing programs to drive revenue

• Must execute disciplinary action with all levels of personnel and maintain proper documentation as required
• Manage food and labor costs in relation to annual operating budget

• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act

• Must have experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Internet.

Qualifications

Ability to stand and walk 10 hours/day

Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry and stoop

Ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant

Ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75lbs

Ability to work varied hours/days to oversee store operations Hazards include, but not limited to cuts, slipping, tripping, falls and burns
