JOB SUMMARY
The Candidate Experience Manager leads Towne Park’s team of Candidate Experience Coordinators to ensure expedient, professional, consistent and business sensitive processing of all candidates applying to our company. The Candidate Experience Manager will be the primary contact and relationship manager for Towne Park’s background screening services to meet the candidate flow needs of all Towne Park markets. The Candidate Experience Manager ensures policies, processes and systems are in place to maintain integrity in the candidate process and to support operational staffing demands in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Management:
• Directly supervises the Candidate Experience Coordinators.
• Provides oversight and analytics to Talent Acquisition and HR partners with respect to candidate processing and consistent communication to applicants.
• Ensures Candidate Experience team operates in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Interviews, hires, and trains new Candidate Experience Coordinators and provides candidate processing training to Talent Acquisition Representatives.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work flow and volumes, addresses complaints and resolves problems that arise in the timely processing of candidates, including direct candidate outreach and communication.
• Leads the adverse action process in accordance with FCRA standards, providing timely resolution to Talent Acquisition and HR partners.
• Partners with Operations leaders to ensure contractual compliance for background and other Associate-specific recertification processes, ie, MVR licensure.
• Reinforces the organization’s core values and behavioral expectations through modeling, communication, and coaching.
• Together with Talent Acquisition Managers and Talent Acquisition Representatives, reviews systems, processes, communications and work flow design to constantly improve the candidate experience for those applying to Towne Park.
• Conducts regularly scheduled team meetings with the Candidate Experience Coordinators as well as Talent Acquisition Representatives (as appropriate) to ensure ongoing process improvement and work flow coordination.
• Monitors the development of the Candidate Experience Coordinators by providing ongoing leadership, training, performance feedback, and annual performance appraisals.
• Identifies and addresses training needs related to the Candidate Experience Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Representatives (as appropriate).
• Receives input from Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Representatives and corporate resources to ensure proactive awareness of upcoming market needs.
• Designs and schedules work flow and assignments in support of individual market needs, seasonality, new site openings and other business related factors in support of ensuring required staffing levels in all operational districts.
• Motivates, coaches and develops technical and communication skills of Candidate Experience Coordinators.

Administration:
• Performs duties of Candidate Experience Coordinator as needed
• Develops and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
• Routinely reviews, develops and ensures automation of all communications sent to applicants at all stages of candidate processing.
• Develops, communicates and monitors progress toward departmental goals via metrics designed to measure specific factors impacting efficiency of candidate processing and effectiveness of candidate experience, such as reduction in candidate drop-off rate and reduction in time to hire.
• Together with Talent Analyst/Systems Administrator, helps to develop, run and review reports via Applicant Tracking System to monitor productivity and timeliness of candidate flow, and identifies areas for improvement.
• Collaborates with Talent Analyst/Systems Administrator to test Applicant Tracking System upgrades and modifications.
• Develops and regularly updates training plan for onboarding of new Candidate Experience Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Representatives.
• Communicates and follows up to ensure Candidate Experience team is fully informed of all new information related to software, procedures, internal customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
• Supports business growth and allocates Candidate Experience team resources as needed to support new site openings and emerging markets.

? Cooperates with senior management and coworkers to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

? May travels locally and nationally as needed to carry out company objectives.
? Maintains strict confidentiality related to associate and client information.

Safety and Risk Management:
? Understands and follows safety and security procedures.
? Practices preventative safety procedures as set forth by Towne Park.
? Reports all accidents and incidents to the Vice-President, Talent Acquisition & Development
? Uses only equipment trained to use and operates all equipment in a safe manner.
? Reports all potential high risk areas and safety concerns to the Vice-President, Talent Acquisition & Development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with an ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint), the internet, job boards, and Workday
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
? Ability to work independently to effectively plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks.
? Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
? Ability to read, analyze,and interpret general business correspondence, instruction guides, and training materials.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address job candidates and associates.
? Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures.

QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field AND three (3) years of high-volume staffing or recruitment experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
