This position is responsible for providing business process development and ongoing enhancements to the HRdirect team. This will include end to end business processes creation, analysis and trending for continuous improvement. This position will collaborate with business partners, HRdirect leadership, training and the solution content teams to implement new processes, drive efficiencies, enhance quality, and provide higher levels of employee satisfaction.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Drive the development, documentation, implementation, and optimization of new and existing business processes
Develop clear and detailed process maps and business requirements to identify any process risks or issues
Analyze metrics, business processes and quality to identify key issues, trends and potential root causes; determine continuous improvement opportunities based on analysis
Participate in and drive strong operational discussion with HRdirect leadership team
Develop reporting structure and cadence that supports evaluation of business performance and identification of business drivers
Optimize service levels and operational efficiencies through available technology and process improvement tools
Lead strategies that drive operational performance or customer service
Be the business subject matter expert, experienced in business analysis and requirements gathering
Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Lead and manage customer readiness activities and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools
Lead your business partners in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

BA / BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional business analysis experience
3-5 years experience developing business requirements and comprehensive process mapping
Business process re-engineering skills
Proven experience documenting business requirements, working with appropriate teams to identify solutions and implement changes
Proven ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
High level of competence with MS Office, SharePoint and MS Visio
Experience working in a Human Capital setting
Experience working in an Operations Contact Center
Six-Sigma or LEAN training
Previous Team Lead or Project Lead experience
