About this job

This position supports the HRdirect team in maintaining and enhancing knowledge (solution content), partnering with SME / Tier 3 teams to understand processes/policies, and identifying gaps in content. It also includes responsibility for the administration, analysis, and utilization of technology (Qfniti, Portal, IVR), as well as identifying and analyzing opportunities to drive process efficiencies that will enhance Quality and provide higher levels of employee satisfaction.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain appropriate knowledge and process documentation of internal tools / systems for Contact Center team as well as on HRdirect portal for access by all UHG employees
Provide business support for process / policy content that will drive / maximize the usage of internal systems and technology tools (i.e. Qfiniti, SharePoint, IVR)
Owner / Administrator for Qfniti (user management, troubleshooting, reporting, etc)
Collaborate and build strong partnerships with HRdirect leadership, Support team, other technology users, and Tier 3 business partners
Main contact for acquisition and merger activity, responsible for corresponding inclusion within current knowledge, process, and internal tools / systems
Assist with communication and training of content updates to appropriate audiences
Utilization of process improvement method and tools to assist in creation of process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Assist with Training, Process, SOP, Content Strategy, Quality, and any additional backup coverage when needed
Administration of the Operational Excellence Award program

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities:


BA / BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience

1 - 3 years’ experience of working knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Software programs and automated database management systems

Strong detail orientation

Excellent communication, time / project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical (data & business process) skills

Experience working in a Human Capital Contact Center (UHG HRdirect Contact Center experience strongly preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:


MS Visio skills

Proficiency with SharePoint

Six-Sigma or LEAN training
