Administrative Assistant with CAREGiving Experience - Full-time / Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This position within the office is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of administrative work that involves one-on-one interaction with our aging clients, their families, and our Caregiving staff. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
The main attributes we are looking for are:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a willingness to work successfully at multiple tasks at the same time.
• Empathy for aging adults and an understanding of how best to support them and their family
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.

 
Requirements:

• High school graduation or the equivalent; Associates Degree or higher education preferred; Caregiver experience is highly preferred
• One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
• Availability to complete some on-call duties
• Must have a vehicle, current driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
• Driving record review, criminal background check, and drug screen conducted in hiring process.

 
This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday hourly position with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
