Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a steady, multi-tasker to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This role is at the center of the business with the main responsibility of connecting our caregiving workforce with the needs of our senior clients. This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to motivate and inspire a team and effectively respond to the changing needs of the seniors we serve. 
 
The successful applicant is expected to work with Home Instead’s clients and caregivers to schedule caregiving shifts.  The applicant must be able to perform all duties in a personable and professional manner as well as create a positive personal experience for both CAREGivers and Clients.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the following activities:
 
  • Answer and handle incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Coordinate Client/CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis with an emphasis on creating high quality matches/extraordinary relationships between Clients and CAREGivers
  • Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in the Company's scheduling software system
  • Enter and maintain accurate Client and CAREGiver records in operating system
 
Previous job experience in:  scheduling, a health related or senior services field preferred.    Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and other basic computer functions.  The Service Coordinator position is a full time position and the rate of pay is $14.00/hr plus dependent on experience, and education.
