Job Description

Real Estate Financial Advisors create and maintain relationships with hundreds of customers. While Financial Advisors must be skilled at administrative networking, they also need to be charismatic and connect with customers on a personal level. Due to the independent nature of the Real Estate Financial Advisor position, applicants must be able to self-manage, set goals, and receive gratification from personal achievement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Network with customers via telephone, email, and various types of social media.
  • Advise customers on current real estate market trends.
  • Answer questions regarding contracts and terms of sale.
  • Manage a large database of customers, properties, and prospects.
  • Assist clients with financial choices concerning real estate.
  • Personally connect with customers to provide the best possible experience.
