JOIN US AS A LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST IN IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT Keywords: Identity and Access Management, Process Improvement, Agile, Scrum, KanBan, Requirements, Business Analysis What You'll Be Doing An active member of the Security organization and on the Identity and Access management team You’ll be part of the Process Engineering team focused on managing business engagement and ensuring requirements are translated to technical teams to add value within Identity and Access Management We’ll look to you to work with product owners and business stakeholders to define requirements and then determine priority in order to implement new capabilities alongside application development teams Responsible for requirements, design review/signoff, user acceptance testing, business communication and process development and implementations to support technology changes Model agile thinking and embody agile principles to work smart and build high performing teams Requirements BA/BS or equivalent experience 5-7 years total work experience Highly experienced and successful business analyst who has managed several Identity and Access projects Excellent verbal communication skills Strong collaboration instincts Desired Skills High aptitude for learning in a rapidly changing environment Possess good organization and communication skills Experience in Identity and Access Management Experience with Agile Values and delivery Ability to rapidly drive projects to completion Bonus Points Knowledge of: Identity and Access Management products and processes in the account and catalog management spaces Technologies like Oracle, CyberArk, Active Directory, Ping, and Siteminder Configuration Management Regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley, Payment Card Industry, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act What's In It for You?
