An Independent Movie theater chain with 3 Locations, 2 in Northwest CT & 1 in Cambridge MA needs Managers & Assistant Theater Managers who are willing to perform the below job responsibilities.
Managers & Assistant Theater Managers Theater Manager's Needed who can perform the below job responsibilities

• Opening and closing of theater
• Verify and address all necessary license needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of theater
• Maintain the safety of employees and Patrons
• All stands are stocked, kept clean and updated stock
• Upkeep of the building making sure anything is broken is fixed or reported to makes sure it gets fixed
• Making sure parking lot, ramp, exit doors, dumpster area are all neat and in working order and shoveled in the winter
• Identify and manage theater specific risks and issues throughout the management term and escalate to the appropriate contact as needed.
• Identify, Interview and manage hiring or termination of staff as needed.
• Scheduling of staff while watching payroll percentage
• Staff is informed, friendly, neat and honest and they all take breaks
• Making sure payroll is handed out, signed for and all checks are correct
• Order concession products, Verify Concession Sales
• Schedule is in venue
• Making sure all movies are in the building and made up to be played on time
• Newspaper and online Ads are done on time
• Call people if there is a problem or inspection and meet them to let them in before opening
• Review competitor collection around the area and report any deviations
• Initiate and manage Kids parties / rentals to bring more revenue
