Working in a call center environment, the Executive Service Escalations Representative will provide customer support, legal support, internal support and other operational support for; receiving telephone calls, written documents, and internal cases for customers in all product groups. Providing escalated call management functions including prompt closure and tracking of complex issues, or cases, that require mediation while offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction is key.
