Confectioner

Responsible for cooking and preparing fudge, gourmet apples and specialty desserts. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Ability to work in a "kitchen" environment
• Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment
• Removal of garbage and transportation to disposal area
• Must be able to work in team environment
• May work in variety of venues including shops, carts and street vending
