EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to a 4 year college degree and/or a minimum of 2 years human resources experience required. Excellent customer service skills is essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS experience is preferred. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must understand and speak the English language.
