Our Customer Sales and Service department is seeking creative and energetic individuals who will dare to be innovative and thrive in a friendly and fast-paced environment.
As a Seasonal Specialty Service Processor, you will ensure customers of American Girl Publishing, Corolle, and AG magazine receive a brand appropriate experience by providing them with courteous, knowledgeable and efficient service when answering telephone calls, processing orders and return credits, offering sales suggestions, resolving service issues, administering promotions, and responding to customer requests/inquiries using multiple order entry systems.
Hours of Operation
7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Mon-Fri (Must be available until 7:00 p.m.)
No weekends
No major holidays (might need to work some floating holidays)

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in Excel and Outlook is preferred

- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Resiliency in dealing with fluctuating workloads and work assignments
