Job Description

We’re looking for dynamic individuals as Cooks to produce high-quality food and beverages and deliver outstanding dining experience to our Bistro guests . If you thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while remaining positive and upbeat, have exceptional communication skills, and can handle customer issues and requests graciously and on a timely basis, we want to hear from you.

Your impact:
  • Partners with kitchen team and management to complete daily line set up and adhere to station chart positions and quantities.
  • Follows recipe specs to guidelines. Ability to attractively arrange and garnish dishes to restaurant standards.
  • Complete station prep tasks as required prior to start of shift as well as side duties as assigned.
  • Knowledgeable about menu items and takes part in new menu rollouts.
  • Delivers quality products and presentations within timing goals set by the Kitchen Manager.
  • Willing to accept direction, feedback, and offer support in the Kitchen.
  • Follow guidelines for restocking and closing procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all equipment.
  • Follows procedures related to food quality, stock rotation, and proper storage.
  • Maintains all required checklists, including but not limited to, prep lists, line checks, PHF forms, and all equipment temperature logs.

Experience, Education & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, nights and weekends.
  • Physically demanding position; strength, mobility and dexterity needed. May be required to perform diverse physical tasks, including constant standing and walking, heavy lifting (30-50 lbs), etc.



Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School degree, as well as an accredited or recognized culinary school, college or institution preferred.
  • Certified in local food preparation safety and sanitation standards.
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in a fast paced, high energy kitchen is preferred.
  • Must have good knife skills and know how to grill, broil and roast meats, fish and poultry to order.
  • Experience working with children, preferred.
