Established Troy, Michigan firm is looking for motivated people to set appointments for outside sales representatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of previous appointment setting, customer service (handling inbound and outbound calls), telemarketing, inside sales and/or telesales
* Must be able to type 30 words per minute
* Must have above average computer skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be a good listener
* Ability to multi-task
* Must be able to work the hours required for the position
* Must be able to think on your feet
* Must have people skills

Compensation Structure
-Hourly base pay
-Paid Holidays
-Paid vacation after 1st year
Weekly Bonus Structure
-1 sale $15
-2 sales $70
-3 sales $135
-4 sales $260
-5 sales $375
-6+ sales $100 each
At 80 sales for the year, all sales pay out at $100 each
At 100 sales for the year, all sales pay out at $125 each
At 150 sales for the year, all sales pay out at $150 each
Annual incentive program.
