Job Description: Want to take part in building something new? Passionate about both technology and helping people? We are looking for talented, well-spoken folks to help our customers build fantastic sites over the phone. You'll need to work hard, stay focused and adapt to frequent change as we grow and optimize this new team.

You won't be making cold calls - which means no getting yelled at because you interrupted someone in the middle of Instagramming their dinner - but you will spend the majority of your day talking to our customers over the phone.

Work Environment: The support center is open Sunday-Saturday 6 AM - 6PM. Candidates will work 40 hours a week and have 2 days off back to back. Candidates will NOT have to work both Saturday and Sunday.
Company is headquartered in San Francisco with a new operations/call center in Scottsdale as of June 2014. The Scottsdale operation will serve as the hub for their Customer Support operations. The goal is to grow this operations center to 200+ by the end of 2016. They currently have ~50 employees in Scottsdale.

Qualifications: *Good understanding of internet technology and website creation
*Experience with online commerce and marketing a plus
*Previous customer support and/or sales experience preferred
*Must have an excellent telephone presence
*Comfortable with technology in general (you are the person people call when they need help with their new wireless printer)
*Sense of humor
Performance Expectations: Training will consist of both classroom and on-the-job training and will last about 3 weeks.

*Employees will NOT be reading from a script
*The average call time is very hard to say, but we're thinking 3-10 minutes
*As for a software system, everything is web-based except for the dialer which is a Javascript application

Agents will be expected to:

●Deliver a great customer experience while providing technical support
●Offer additional products and services that help our customers reach their goals
●Deliver value to the company through customer conversion, retention and cross sell
●Must be able to remain focused in a fast paced environment, speaking to as many as 25-30 customers per day while taking inbound calls and making a small amount of outbound calls
Interview Information: Round robin/open house style interviews so the candidate will meet with up to 3 hiring managers in one day

Additional Compensation: ●$18/hr + incentives; at target level with 10%- 20% incentive earnings
