About this job

Position Details:

  • Provide executive-level support to high level client service personnel in maintaining organization and control over their practices, by standardizing efficiency including: assisting with time entry, expense reports, monthly client billing, monitoring account receivables, writing engagement letters, and tracking projects including project budget
  • Assists with Firm processes and systems for scheduling, financial reporting, etc.
  • Maintains client files including engagement letters, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
  • Proofreads and edits complex and detailed consulting reports, proposals, and other documents
  • Assists with the maintenance of the client and prospect database
  • Plans complex meetings and coordinates domestic and international travel
  • Schedules appointments using Outlook
  • Formats and types a variety of correspondence
  • Screens, prioritizes, and distributes mail
  • Reviews calendars and anticipates logistical opportunities or needs to assist
  • Assists with time and expense reports
  • Tracks monthly billing deadlines
  • Collects information and completes New Client Acceptance forms and obtains approvals
  • Assists with conferences and special events
  • Other administrative duties required by the Partners and Office Manager
